Apricot Linzer Torte
9-inch pan with butter

Ingredients
¾ cup butter
¾ C sugar
1 c ground almonds
1 tablespoon kirsch
1 ½ teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ c. Tea lemon
1 C. good quality apricot preserves

Preparation
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Gradually, ground almonds and kirsch.
Flour and cinnamon and lemon rind.
Mix the dry ingredients and butter into the almond mixture. (You can use your hands)
Spread a little less than two thirds of dough into bottom and slightly to the side of butter 9-inch springform pan. Roll remaining dough between 2 sheets of wax paper and cut into strips for lattice top. Refrigerator for several hours.
When the dough has cooled, spread the bottom layer with apricot preserves. Place strips of dough into a lattice pattern over the preserves. Use a small cookie cutter (I use a small star) to create forms of spare dough. Arrange the stars on the edge of thethe cake and use stars to cover every place that the tears of the masses.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, until top is golden. Let cool for about 10 minutes before sides of the hinge.
Serve in small pieces. Cream or whipped cream, if you want to be decadent.

It is a kind of brandy cherries. (Cherries means "cherry") in German. I use to make Black Forest cake to.

I think that probably could regulate the use of brandy, and a little taste of cherry or something. Not sure, but honestly.
