You can do the same way that you make, no added sugar, jam and store in refrigerator.My Aunt wax seal on the bottle and prevent spoiling them. Sugar is used mainly as a preservative to prevent the destruction. You can buy fruit, fruit juice used for sweetening. Polane is one of my fave brands.

For use Splenda? Splenda actually is sugar without all the bad things I did. That is really not bad. I use it all the time for cooking the tea.
